3. Processing and retention period of personal information

4. Providing and handling of personal information to third party(s)

A. The 2020 Global Media & Information Literacy Week Conference and the Youth Forum (GMIL2020) operating agency, Ioconvex (the ¡®Secretariat¡¯), use personal information only for purposes described ¡¸Purpose of collection and utilization of personal information¡¹, In principle, the user's personal information is not provided to a third party(s) without the user's prior consent. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

7. Personal information management officer
